Collecting the finished card, three to six weeks later. Both together: 59 € + 49 €, each charged when confirmed.

Your case goes first in our queue, with a check of your documents beforehand. It does not speed up the official calendar: nobody can.

Straight answers
Is this legal?
Yes. The appointment system is public and free; you pay for the work of watching it and booking in your name with the details you authorise us to use.
Isn’t the official appointment free?
Yes, and you can book it yourself on the government website. We charge for watching and booking; the 790 012 card fee is paid separately to the government.
What if you don’t get one?
You pay nothing. You can cancel the search at any time, with no cost and no invoice.
How long does it take?
It depends on the province and the procedure. We don’t promise timeframes we don’t control: the calendar belongs to the government.
Do I have to go in person?
Yes. Fingerprinting is in person and cannot be delegated. We send you the confirmation, the address and the document list.
Can I do it in another province?
No. It must be the province where you live, usually shown by your padrón; within it, we watch every office.
