How we work with firms

You send the cases
A list by WhatsApp or email: name, NIE or passport, province, procedure and dates the client can’t make.

We watch every province
Your clients may be in Madrid, Lleida or Huelva: we cover them all.

We book in the client’s name
The confirmation is in their name. We send it to you, the client or both, as you prefer.

You pay per appointment booked
Same fixed prices: 59 € fingerprints, 49 € collection. No appointment, nothing.
What we need for each case
- Full name exactly as on the passport.
- NIE or passport number.
- Province of residence and exact procedure.
- Offices that work for them (or “any”).
- Dates they can’t attend.
- Confirmation that the client authorises booking in their name.
What we still don’t do
We don’t touch the file: no applications, responses or appeals. That is your work and we stay out of it. Only the calendar.
