Legal notice, privacy and cookies

tomadehuellas.es is a private service that searches for and books immigration appointments in Spain. It is not a government body and is not affiliated with the Policía Nacional or any ministry.

The official appointment is free and you can book it yourself on the government website. Our fee covers only the work of watching the calendar and booking in your name.

We charge only when the appointment is confirmed in your name and you have the official confirmation. Prices: fingerprinting 59 €, TIE collection 49 €, Premium 99 €.

You can cancel the search at any time at no cost. There is no deposit and no subscription.

Withdrawal: as a consumer you have 14 calendar days. By asking us to start searching straight away, you accept that once the appointment is booked and the confirmation delivered, the service is fully performed and withdrawal no longer applies (art. 103 a) TRLGDCU).

The appointment is in person: attending and bringing your documents is your responsibility. We do not guarantee dates: the calendar belongs to the government.

Controller: the owner of tomadehuellas.es, contact at info@tomadehuellas.es.

Data: name, NIE or passport, province, phone and anything you choose to tell us.

Purpose and legal basis: searching for and booking your appointment and communicating with you, because you ask us to (performance of the service, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Recipients: the government appointment website, when booking; and WhatsApp (Meta) as the channel you choose to contact us. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention: until your case is closed; billing data for as long as the law requires.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@tomadehuellas.es. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We use no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain.

The form sends no data to any server: pressing “Send” opens WhatsApp with the message written, and you are the one who sends it.
